After you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Please transfer the total amount, stating our order number and date, to account number 52.76.28.638 (IBAN NL50ABNA0527628638) in the name of Boxer Agriculture Equipment B.V. in Mijnsheerenland. If we have not received payment within five working days, we will assume that you waive your order and it will be cancelled automatically. You will receive a confirmation of this by e-mail.

With iDEAL Bancontact Mister Cash or Sofort, you can pay for your online purchases safely and easily. You pay in your familiar internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. The amount will be debited directly from your account and you will be informed that the goods you ordered have been paid for.

If you are a returning customer, you can request to buy on account (you need to register for this on our website). We will submit your request to our credit insurer. If this request is granted, you will be able to order on account. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and after sending your order you will receive the invoice by e-mail. The payment term is 14 days.

If in stock, your order will be delivered within 5 days. If an article is not in stock, you will be informed about the delivery time by phone or e-mail.

For the dispatch of our orders, we have opted for the reliable service of UPS for small parcels and for the delivery of larger parcels, for our own transport service, Berser Transport or DB Schenker.

Orders above €1000.00 excluding VAT are delivered to your home free of charge. Below this amount, the following rates apply:

When accepting the parcel, please check for any damage. When you sign for your parcel, you declare that it has been received in good order. Should there be any damage to the parcel, you may refuse it.

Once payment is received, your order will be delivered within 5 working days.

Boxer Agri considers quality of paramount importance. Should you nevertheless have a complaint about a delivery or a product, please contact us by e-mail, stating the order number. We will contact you within 5 working days about the handling of your complaint.

The risk of loss or damage in transit is borne by the sender. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped parcels will not be accepted by us. You will receive an email confirmation when the returned item has been received. Amounts already paid will be refunded within 30 days, minus the shipping costs charged.
If you have received a wrong delivery due to actions of Boxer Agri, we will take care of a correct delivery as soon as possible after receipt of the returned item.
